Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Revenue Management
-> Ensure achievement of target completion and proportional revenue as per individual and team goals.
-> Set revenue targets for the team and drive performance to meet business objectives. - Resource & Team Management
-> Oversee team operations, ensuring optimal resource planning and allocation.
-> Assign projects effectively to team members while ensuring overall team productivity and efficiency. - Client Service & Relationship Management
-> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and project-related requests.
-> Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering quality services, meeting deadlines and managing expectations.
-> Conduct regular follow-ups and engagement activities to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities - Client & Vendor Management
-> Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
-> Identify, onboard and manage new vendors to support business needs.
-> Plan and conduct regular client calls for project discussions and updates. - RFQ & Bidding Management
-> Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes, ensuring timely responses and competitive pricing.
-> Manage project bidding activities, evaluating opportunities to maximize profitability and win rates.
-> Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic proposals that align with client requirements. - Project Coordination & Reporting
-> Maintain accurate and up-to-date RFQs and Project MIS for tracking and reporting purposes.
-> Provide regular progress updates to management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. - Training & Team Development
-> Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to role-specific responsibilities.
-> Develop and implement a team coverage plan for holidays to ensure uninterrupted operations. - Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
-> Monitor and enhance team productivity by identifying areas for improvement.
-> Implement best practices in project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced market research environment.
