Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Manage end-to-end market research projects from feasibility to successful completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets while maintaining project profitability.
• Review RFQs, assess project feasibility, and prepare competitive pricing proposals.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Lead, mentor, and support Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum team productivity.
• Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and research partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for key client accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, provide project updates, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage vendor performance and identify new partners to support project requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to support business growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project, revenue, RFQ, and operational reports.
• Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality standards.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field with 3–4 years of Project Management experience, preferably in Market Research.
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end market research projects, including RFQs, feasibility, pricing, and project execution.
• Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools, along with a good understanding of project profitability and resource planning.
